I'm an underwriter in the banking industry, based in Spokane, WA. -Stumbled across BP forever ago but went the traditional route of school (Masters) and corporate job. -Creatively financed our SFR, renovated and refinanced. Caught the bug and zeroed in on multifamily as my RE investing of choice. Joined the Jake & Gino community in March 2023. I'm underwriting deals and networking to find partners.
