I am retired from the FDNY after 24 years of service. I am very detail oriented. I act well under pressure. I can and have made life saving decisions in a manner of a split second. I am very good at analyzing a situation and creating a plan base on the limited information on hand. I believe in acting quickly but deliberately. After retirement I Co-founded BulMac Properties where we invests in small to moderate sized Multi-Family apartment buildings and complexes sized between 12 and 120 units. We focus on buildings and complexes that are under performing and or in need of repairs to add value to our investments and our community.
