I am a fairly new real estate investor from the Cincinnati area and am looking to retire from my "real job" as soon as possible. I have worked in the banking industry over the last decade, and, although I love it, there is nothing better than making money while I sleep. I plan to buy at least one rental property per year so I can retire on cash flow, as well as build a high value portfolio that will allow me to slow down in life.
