I began learning about RE Investing, starting with wholesaling in late 2003. By early 2004 we did our first wholesale deals. Haven't looked back since. We have multiple rentals (single and small multi-family) and want more to hold, but also want to flip for cash to invest into the 'hold' properties. My husband Robin and I also have a local investor club in Fort Worth to assist and train others who have dreams of creating wealth through investing in RE also.
