Cindy Szponder

Became involved in real estate in 2009 with the purchase of our first rental property and eventually got my real estate license in 2011 while working with a group of real estate investors and an independent contractor (not an employee). I love to volunteer at a local therapeutic riding center in Loveland. It's the best fitness and weight loss method out there when you're mucking stalls and paddocks for 30 horses. Also love to hike and read non-fiction. I've tried my hand at writing fiction and enjoy that as well.
