About myself
Hi, my name is Jeremy Zindel. I am a structural engineer by day and a buy & hold investor (primarily BRRRR) in my spare time. I had long suffered from analysis paralysis until 2013 when I finally did my first deal and have been hooked ever since. Experience: I have accumulated a portfolio of SFR's and duplexes by rehabbing distressed properties into profitable rentals to combine the passive income with an equity play.
