Hello! I became an "Accidental Landlord" in 2003 when I moved to WA state from Hawaii. After learning a ton about real estate, I purchased a duplex and SFH in Clark county, WA in July of 2017 and was lucky enough to marry into a duplex in 2015. I currently have a total of 7 doors and am looking for more! I have been adding to my portfolio... and purchased another SFH in Dec of 2018 and refinanced in June of 2019. The BRRRR process works well...just takes some time. My rents have gone up every year...it's working!! I obtained my real estate license in May of 2018, mainly to buy properties for myself, but my friends like to buy and sell too! It's been fun to assist them with their real estate needs. Experience: I own one condo in Hawaii, two duplexes in Camas, WA and 2 SFH in Vancouver, WA. Real Estate Goals: 1. Obtain rental properties to have enough cash flow to cover my current mortgage. 2. Have enough cash flow to cover my living expenses. 3. Then the sky's the limit! Currently Seeking: Like minded people to share knowledge!
