I used to won afull service Property Management company in North San Diego and Temecula areas. Now i am focused exclusvely on sales and investment property out of state. I've been doing out of state investing for over 20 years due to nice cash flow, and less of an outlay of cash since the prices are much lower than Southern California. Im happy tp discuss some off-market opportunities for someone looking in other states.
