My specialties include working with those at the beginning of their investment career. I set my clients on the path with their first transaction and identify the right times to execute a 1031 exchange or cash-out refinance to grow their portfolio and therefore their wealth. I also work with folks at the end of their investment career, typically owners of portfolios in the 5+ unit apartment space, helping folks retire out of multifamily investments or leverage their equity to maximize their portfolio for their heirs. Therefore, I am often turning up 5+ unit off-market opportunities for those investors who are right there in the middle of their career, the movers and shakers of the industry. I work for a specialty brokerage, ACI Apartments, as in Apartment Consultants Inc., where I work directly under the 3 brokers who have 30 years experience, all of which own their own property portfolio and have walked the path of building legacy wealth through apartment investing. I transferred to SDSU as a junior and majored in communications. After college, I traveled the world for 3 years, doing a working holiday in New Zealand and Australia, backpacked Europe and Southeast Asia with a few stops in between and have now been to over 30 countries. I always knew I wanted to get into real estate, having grown up with a friend who's family were investors and I saw the way their family lived vs. mine. While traveling, it became evident what my next chapter in life was and therefore got my real estate license upon returning to San Diego. I got back to San Diego in 2017 and have been in commercial real estate ever since, and just purchased my first duplex in 2020 and will be selling it and rolling the gains into a fourplex, so on and so forth. I plan to keep this investment track going for myself while focusing on my brokerage career helping others obtain financial freedom through real estate investing. I have grown passionate about this venture since I have seen firsthand what it can create, and I am a big promotor of creating your own reality. I am in tune with my spirituality and I am a member of the Universal Spirit Center where I have taken 3+ years of classes since returning to San Diego. I am an active person with a weekly gym and spiritual routine. My partner is in the electric bike industry and we both own ebikes, enjoy mountain biking and bike touring, traveling, camping, beach, dog parks and all the diverse activities San Diego has to offer. I enjoy meeting new people and acting as a guide for those whether on their real estate or spiritual path, as for me it is one and the same and I have studied long hours on both.
