I’m a commercial lending professional with 16+ years of combined experience across education, residential mortgage, and commercial real estate finance. As EVP of Sales at The Fiirm, I work with real estate investors, business owners, mortgage professionals, and CRE partners navigating small-balance commercial financing. My experience includes multifamily, mixed-use, medical office, self-storage, commercial condos, and a wide range of other commercial property types, with financing from $100K to $2.5M. A big part of what I enjoy is helping people understand why a deal may not fit a traditional lending box—and what questions to ask before assuming the opportunity is dead. My approach is consultative and education-first. I believe commercial lending doesn't have to feel complicated when you understand the property, borrower, cash flow, and financing strategy. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and always happy to connect with investors, mortgage brokers, real estate professionals, and others in the CRE community.
