Clay Asplundh

I have been visiting the Palm Beaches since I was a child and made it my full time home in 2022. I studied marketing and real estate at the University of Florida, earning my bachelor's degree in 2021. Wanting to continue my studies, I earned a master's degree in entrepreneurship in 2022. After purchasing my first investment property in 2021, I knew that I wanted a career in real estate. I now have a growing real estate portfolio as I aim to use real estate as a lifelong wealth generator. I have investments in both long term rentals and short term rentals and hope to buy another short term rental before the end of the year. I got my license to help others discover how real estate can help them, whether that is their dream home or a successful investment property. When I'm not focusing on real estate, I love spending my time surfing, golfing, or fishing.
