Hi all, my name is Clayton, I am from the Chicago area and have just landed my first multi-family property. My purpose is to connect, share, and build partnerships with individuals in all positions of the industry. I look forward to chatting with you all! I am pursuing the route of buy and hold investing through multi-family properties, with fix-n’-flips in-between. My end goal is to own over 700 units one day.
