Hello! I'm Clay Hepler. Clay Hepler is the Founder and Principal at a boutique investment real estate firm, Hepler Acquisitions. Hepler Acquisitions is a full service real estate firm that focuses on purchasing value add real estate properties and increasing their worth through diligent construction management and adding visionary yet functional design schemes to provide sanctuaries for our residents. Clay has purchased over $6,000,000 of multifamily real estate in the Greater Pittsburgh area the past 24 months using a combination of his own capital and private capital. Clay wasn't always in real estate. Previously, he scaled his family’s chocolate company from 2 states to 42 in 18 months and set the foundation to have a partnership with Geoffrey Zakarian, the Iron Chef from Chopped the TV Show and owner of many successful restaurants across America, QVC and the Omni hotel chain. I'm also the host of popular real estate investing podcast, Creative Capitalist. Reason for joining BP: I entered real estate in 2020 and my primary real estate strategy is the BRRRR method. I'm currently looking for multi family buildings in Westmoreland County and Allegheny County!
