Clay Winder

I am an owner and broker of Keller Williams Realty in Utah County. My investment company (Red Sign Investments) bought it's first property in 2008 and today holds 15 properties across Salt Lake and Utah counties. My goal is 100! My primary goal each day is to find deals for friends, clients and myself so we can all build wealth through real estate. As a sales agent I sold 235 homes in 2016 with over 10% of those being investment properties. I flipped 2 houses and passed 3 other flips to investor friends/clients of mine. I also put two commercial building under contract which are being built and will be finished end of 2017.
