John Cleare

I’m a commercial real estate professional with 20+ years of hands-on experience across acquisitions, dispositions, brokerage, investment sales, development, negotiation, and transaction execution. I began pursuing real estate full-time in October 2005 and have built my career by working directly with property owners, investors, buyers, sellers, brokers, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and other transaction professionals. My experience includes multifamily and apartment buildings, retail, NNN properties, land, hospitality, development opportunities, and other commercial investment assets. I have worked extensively with off-market opportunities and investor acquisition requirements, helping move transactions from initial opportunity through negotiation, due diligence, contract execution, and closing. I currently serve as Broker/Owner of Cleare Realty Solutions and have also built Cleare To Close into a commercial real estate transaction and investment platform serving investors and buyers nationwide. Over the course of my career, I have developed a strong understanding of both sides of the transaction: the objectives of the buyer and investor, as well as the priorities of the seller and property owner. That perspective has strengthened my ability to negotiate, communicate, solve transaction issues, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and keep deals moving toward closing. I am now interested in bringing that experience into a larger institutional commercial real estate organization, particularly in a Transaction Management, Investment Sales, Acquisitions & Dispositions, or related commercial real estate role. I’m especially interested in opportunities where I can combine my transaction experience, commercial real estate knowledge, negotiation skills, investor relationships, and entrepreneurial background with the resources, systems, and scale of a leading global real estate platform.
