I would consider myself middle tier investor. I have a few rentals and have flip multiple properties but I'm always learning. My main focus is buy and hold single and multi family (multi family preferred). Experience: I currently own a few rental properties and have flipped multiple as I adjusted my strategy to with the changes in the market. Real Estate Goals: My main focus will be buy and hold. I prefer to start with multi family. My intermediate goal is to purchase 4 properties a year. Currently Seeking: Currently seeking single (min 3 Bdr) and multi family (1-4 Bdr) homes in the DFW area. I'm also open to investing out of state if the number make sense and I can find a property manager I can trust.
