Currently retired. Always interested in real estate investing, but never had the courage to take the plunge. Have attended a couple of seminars in the past but the presentations only fueled any fear you may have already had of attempting to move forward by presenting a lot of emotional hype, but presenting no real information except asking for an exorbitant amount money for their video program. So since my financial portfolio is seriously lacking this appears to be a great time to move forward.
