My focus is on buying 20-100 unit apartment buildings in the Midwest. I'm looking for B/C buildings in B locations that cashflow from day 1 and have a value add component. Current markets are: -Chicago Southside (Hyde Park, Woodlawn, Jackson Park, South Shore) -Chicago Suburbs (50+ units) Entrepreneur. Three successful companies in the EdTech space. On the personal side, I love my wife Amy (she’s a real estate agent) and 3 kids (Brady, Ben and Sophie). Playing hockey, skiing and climbing mountains are my passions. My home is in Barrington, Illinois (Chicago suburb) but my heart is in Colorado.
