About myself
I employ the following strategies in my spare time: NC/SC Broker. I help close friends and family buy/sell/invest in real estate. I average better than 10% off asking price for buyers. I plan on house hacking for 10 years for 10 nice properties. I'm on #2 presently. Rental properties are also radar. I bought my first one last year and had a lot of fun fixing it up with the Brrrr strategy.
