I am an investor-friendly real estate agent licensed in Louisiana. I am most familiar with the markets of Houma, Thibodaux, and the surrounding communities. I can help you buy or sell properties in and outside of the Bayou Board of Realtors area, (Lafourche, Terrebonne, Assumption, & St. Mary Parishes, [counties, for those of you not familiar with Louisiana], the West Bank of St. James Parish (Vacherie), and Grand Isle. I understand the whats and whys of investing and am more than happy to help you be successful in my market. I also provide property management services. I am retired from the oil & gas industry. I also host the local REIA. We currently have three properties in our portfolio. One SFR that was my wife's childhood home, and two deals that were purchased after finding Bigger Pockets. We had concluded that we wanted to build a portfolio of rentals by purchasing SFRs as a retirement supplement once we received our first rent check. I work with investors, first-time home buyers, and anyone wanting to sell their home. Experience: I have purchased and subsequently sold one residence, then built and currently reside in a second residence (no flipping). At one point I invested in developing a RV Park, built it out, and helped operate it, then exited the partnership. We now have a total of 3 properties in our portfolio. Real Estate Goals: I want to build a portfolio that can provide income for my family and I through retirement and beyond. Additionally, I want to build out my Property Management business so if something happens to me or I decide to step away from managing our rentals, my family can continue to benefit from them.
