Experience: I have a few rentals and trying to grow. I have been investing in tax sale properties for the last couple years. I have a construction background. Real Estate Goals: I plan on being financially free in the next 5 years. I love fairly modestly so it might not be to hard, hopefully. I think rentals are key to making that a success however I'm not entirely sold on leveraging to achieve that goal. Currently Seeking: I am looking for advice and experienced people stories and how to's to achieve success in RE. I am interested in all expects of RE investing.
