I'm an independent guy who has been an entrepreneur since 2003. I realized in my early 30's I'd never get what I want (financial freedom and wealth) working for someone else. I have built and sold two medical waste companies in the last 14 years which has changed my life and made me financially independent. I dabbled in handy man/ construction in my late 20s because I enjoy it. I've always been fascinated with real estate and finally have the means to enter the market. In the last 12 months I have built 2 new houses (which were profitable). bought a flip house from a wholesaler which I am going to lose a little bit of money on after the rehab and sale... Bought a nice 4plex which makes good money. Under Contract on another 4plex which makes money on paper
