Chris Lounsbury

Young Investor and Real Estate Agent currently working on SFH and small MFH flips and rentals in my off hours while working full time as a property manager in Rock Hill, SC. I manage over 150 units and multiple projects for a small company. I have also completed one full rehab and am working on my second. Lastly, I have a small multifamily portfolio in Eastern PA. I was born and raised in New York, but have since moved around a lot, hopefully finally settling down in the Greater Charlotte Area. My main goal currently is to learn how to scale the business to reach some of my larger goals. I am also here to humbly gain the knowledge of anyone willing to share.
