Worked full-time for nearly 5 years leasing and managing apartment communities for a publicly traded REIT in the South Shore MA and Providence RI area. During that time, I was a consistent top producer in sales for the Northeast US region, but I also learned a great deal about managing apartment homes ... this experience will come in very handy once I begin my buy & hold strategy. In April 2011, I became a Realtor® specializing in the SouthCoast MA market (in particular Greater New Bedford).
