We have been in business for 35+ years and are Developers / Custom builders - single and multi family/ condo-townhomes / have over 500+ properties consisting 75% homesites 25% rentals. We have several companies and are looking to expand in our local market and are aggressively seeking opportunities to grow our holdings. Love the rental business - looking to add new builds for a total of 150 ( no partners or investors ) by August 2023 / we look to be on target with 70-80 by year end 2021 depending on how many we sell.
