Cindy Maxson

I'm the owner of Restoration Properties LLC. Currently I work as investor with two construction partners, buying properties to renovate and sell in the Nashville and Chattanooga areas of TN. I operate with a solid team which includes a general contractor, real estate agent, and banker. Experience: My team and I have flipped eight homes thus far, from 2014 - 2016, in Nashville and Chattanooga. We also built and sold a spec home in Chattanooga in 2017, and we have another under construction there, slated for completion in late summer 2019. Prior to that I owned five rental homes from 2011-2016. I also own and operate a short term vacation rental, Chateau on Monroe, in the Nashville area. Real Estate Goals: Purchase/rehab/resell 6-8 more houses in the next 12 months. Help one of my partners realize his goal of developing into an investor. Implement a cohesive marketing plan with dedicated website and direct mail marketing. Explore and expand into probate leads, looking to generate deals to flip and/or wholesale. Currently Seeking: Good deals in the Nashville and Chattanooga areas of TN. Solid information and networking with probates and wholesalers. Complete my team by adding a lawyer specializing in real estate investing.
