Chris Nickolas

Hi folks! I would like to introduce my wife and myself to this community. We appreciate the chance to learn from, share with and meet like-minded people. I grew up in Seattle Washington and received my AAS degree in Building Technology in 1982. I received a journeyman's card from the United Brotherhood of Carpenters in 1990 and have worked as a superintendent in single family residential and multi-family apartment buildings. I have also been the qualifying party (held the G.C.license) and Building Consultant for the UBUILDIT office in Chandler Arizona. This consisted of guiding homeowners through the process of general contracting their own home. My wife, Lisa, has a degree in interior architecture and has worked with clients in both commercial building interiors and residential remodeling projects. We have worked together on projects for other people and have watched them buy and sell homes and steadily get ahead on our labors, as we earn an hourly rate! Nobody's fault but our own. We both feel it is time to do this for ourselves now! We are both excited and grateful to find and be apart of the Bigger Pockets community and join you in your willingness to share your knowledge and experience.
