High School Educator. I am a part-time real estate investor. I purchased my first investment property in May 2015- a duplex on the west-side of Cleveland (OH). This year, I purchased a second property in Youngstown, OH (April, 2016). I am looking to purchase more buy and hold properties for long term passive income, as well venture into rehab and sell properties, etc. to expand my knowledge and exposure to the real estate world.
