I saved my money from my paper route and department store clerk at Montgomery wards and bought Carlton Sheets "No Money Down" program from the infomercials on TV. Yes, took me 3 years to finally implement, but that little action changed my life forever. I still have the boxes of cassettes and VHS's in my parents garage to this day. Wont get rid of them. Fortunately my grandmother instilled in me a love for books at a very young age with her old collection of mystery novels. So I LIVED at the library! Yes, I was (am) a traditional nerd. While everyone was out partying in my teens, I was working part time, educating myself full time reading. Mid twenties I got my real estate License and built a small investment group of 9 members and pooled together just under a million in capital where we bought, and sold several dozen properties over the years before marriage, babies, travel and new adventures sent us in different directions. I soon found it more beneficial to let my license go and go full time investing.... and have never looked back since. Real Estate Goals: I plan to buy and sell at least 12 properties a year. Our goal has always been to keep the pace of 1 property a month at a minimum. My wife (Sisi, the gorgeous one in the picture) and I love to travel and this business allows us to do that. Just in the last 21 months we have "lived" (because we "vacation" in new places anywhere from 3-6 months... it is basically living) in Wilmington, North Carolina, then to South Lake Tahoe, CA/NV (right on the state line), to Sacramento, CA, to Miami Florida. Then hopped a plane to the US Virgin islands, then Puerto Rico (which was my favorite of all of them) to now currently living in Vegas.... for now.
