I am an accounting professional with a core focus in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation and a small-time real estate investor only looking to grow. Experience: I grew up assisting my parents manage their five-plex. This gave me my first look at real estate investing and hands-on training in property repairs and maintenance. Currently, my wife and I have two rentals in San Diego, CA, two rentals and two undeveloped lots on Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands (a U.S. protectorate), as well as our personal residence on Saipan. Real Estate Goals: Looking to continue to build my portfolio through leveraging equity in current rentals and other creative financing. I am looking to fix and flip residential homes in my area and possibly add out-of-state SFRs/multifamily depending on the opportunity. Currently Seeking: Lenders, local wholesalers, fix and flip partners, turn-key SFRs/multifamily.
