Experience: My wife and I purchased our first live and flip and renovated it from top to bottom over the course of three years. Due to the success of that we were able to purchase a great home for our growing family. I'm now looking to take what I learned while renovating and apply that to flipping and rentals. I did a lot of DIY work on the flip as well as all of the general contracting. Two of my huge assets are budgeting and being able to estimate, schedule, and get the work done through each trade. Real Estate Goals: I would like to create a nice portfolio of rental properties in my area as well as steadily flipping real estate. Currently Seeking: I'm currently seeking properties to flip as well as properties to renovate and hold as rentals.
