About myself
Full time w-2'r that's looking into purchasing a duplex as my first home in the coming months. I'm interested in learning about landlording, brrrr, buy and hold renting, etc. My w-2 job provides a stable, yet underwhelming income with good benefits. I would like to use that stability to start building a foundation in real estate.
