I am a Utah & Arizona Licensed attorney and escrow officer. I am also a real estate investor. My law practice is focused primarily on assisting and guiding real estate investors through every type of investment transaction, starting with setting up business entity (for tax advantages and asset protection), offering transaction specific documents and forms, closing deals as an escrow officer and finally succession planning/estate planning.
