Rental Property Investor
Experience: In 2016, purchased a relative's house in North Carolina and leased it back to them. In 2017, I purchased a townhouse in Maryland as a rental, which I subsequently sold. I also help manage some real estate holdings (farm and ranch land) of my family in Nebraska. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to build a portfolio of long term buy and hold rentals. Currently Seeking: Single family rentals and small multi-family rentals in Green Bay, Wisconsin and Door County, Wisconsin. Only interested in properties built after 1978.
