I am a young 22 year old man that just completed my bachelors in mathematics. I am entering the workforce as a teacher and have become interested in real estate as a means to earn income passively. I have just finished up the NON-Active portion of my education and now making moves. My interest has changed from saving up money to invest in rental properties in 2 years with my job over to starting my own business wholesaling to build capital NOW. Waiting 2 years when there is so much opportunity to be seized is procrastination and I have put in the hard work to learn my wholesale game and expect to close a deal by the end of January 2018 and many more in the following month. For all my fellow nerds, I score extremely high in the big five personality trait Openness which is one of the largest predictors of entrepreneurial success so let's capitalize on that!
