👋 Hey there — I’m Cody Journell, a former college athlete turned real estate entrepreneur based in Virginia. I started out like a lot of investors do: learning by doing. Over the past decade, I’ve built a vertically integrated real estate company that now owns and manages 50+ rental doors and oversees over 70 units through our management team.
