Married to my beautiful bride Robin, Associate Pastor at Northstar Church in Loveland Ohio. My wife and I own a Duplex in Kenwood near the mall where we do STR (airbnb, vrbo) in both units. We also JUST bought the house of our dreams (by doing what Ben Leybovich describes as a "luxury-house-hack) where we are starting our 3rd STR down in the walk-out-basement.
