My wife Stephanie and I are investors originally from Omaha, NE who relocated to Atlanta, GA in 2021 and are looking to grow our network. We are building a portfolio of traditional long-term rentals while also operating a couple AirBnB's for extra cashflow. Most of our properties have been more or less turn-key but we have done one BRRR and ideally are pursuing acquisitions that would allow us to BRRR again. I obtained my real estate license in Georgia this past spring and would be happy to help anyone with properties around Atlanta.
