Cody Sandone

Hey everyone, my name is Cody Sandone. My brother, Justin, and I have been involved with real estate for the past 7 years, and we have experience in single-family rentals and land investments. We sold our residential portfolio to another investor a couple of years ago to pursue other business endeavors, and we are now shifting our focus to commercial properties. We have narrowed down our search to apartments and self-storage facilities in Texas as our primary focus, but I would entertain the right mobile home park if the deal makes sense. We're always looking to connect with like-minded investors. I live in Austin, and my brother lives in Dallas so feel free to reach out if you're in the area and want to meet.
