Colby Fuller

I served in the Air Force and retired in September 2025 after 20 years. I got my foot in the real estate door back in 2015 when I inherited my Mothers house and began renting it out. My end goal is to be financially free from my rental property income by mid 50's or sooner of course. I'm very motivated, and am always trying to increase my knowledge and skills in any particular area. I am a licensed Realtor under the Jack White agency here in Anchorage Alaska. I've sold two SFH properties in the past. One in Benson, NE, and another in Maine. I currently have a 4-plex in Anchorage, Alaska, and an 8-plex in Kenai Alaska. Experience: Managed 2 SFH's, a 4-plex, and an 8-plex. Real Estate Goals: I would like to first start off by living for free or very near free. After I can live solely off of my rental income, I'll continue saving and striving to reach 20 doors by 2027. Lofty I know, but I'm gonna shoot for it. Currently Seeking: Networking is my main focus right now. Researching and gathering info. Interested in the Anchorage and surrounding towns in Alaska.
