I am looking to acquire long term buy and hold single-family and multi-family properties for cash flow via the BRRRR method. I currently have 4 doors (1 sfh rental, 2 units as part of a multi-family syndication deal and 1 primary residence). I would love to expand my network and partner with other experienced investors on local or out of town/state deals.
