I flipped two house before beginning to work for my families metal building manufacturing company 8 years ago, as a project estimator, before transitioning into sales. It didn't take long to realize there was only a hand full of people in my area that were buying, renovating, or leasing metal buildings for shop space and light manufacturing. With access to the expertise and materials at a lesser cost than the competition, I knew this is the path to take. I am nowhere near where I want to be with my real estate holdings and am looking to take the next step. Most people aren't offered the opportunities presented to me and I am very grateful for what I have. I just don't want to look back in 20 years and realize that I didn't make the most of the opportunities in front of me.
