Cole Felske

Hello! I'm Cole, and I currently own one property which I live in the basement of, while renting out the main floor. I'm looking to expand my knowledge base, and grow my network. I'm currently employed as a Project Manager for a large real estate developer, and I am hoping to leverage my skills from this industry into my own personal real estate investing. My long term goal is to achieve financial freedom through my own real estate development company. I really enjoy seeing a project from concept, all the way completion.
