My wife and I both have day jobs and are highly motivated to being financially free. I work as a Business Analyst at a large electric utility. I currently have one single family and one duplex rental that has taught me a lot. We plan to acquire more units each year. We plan to use rental properties to fund education for our 3 boys. My goal is to learn as much as possible about investing in and managing rental properties. Values 1. Faith 2. Family 3.
