I am a VP, Investments Group at RedHill Realty Investors in San Diego. RedHill is a Private Equity Investor and Operator specializing in the Multifamily Sector in the Western U.S. I previously worked in M&A finance and accounting with Ernst & Young serving private equity and corporate clients in the Bay Area. I have obtained my CPA license and the CFA charter. I see real estate as the key to the future I'm looking for. Long term goals include scaling to over 100 units and becoming a full-time real estate investor focused on multifamily syndication. Currently looking for my first investment: small multifamily (2-4 units), cash flow positive, value-add opportunity - Columbus, OH. Additionally, assessing the viability of investing in San Diego market in a house-hack scenario.
