Cole Oraham

I was born in West Palm Beach, Florida; however, I moved to Seneca, South Carolina right before my fourth birthday. I was fortunate enough to be raised in the Upstate of South Carolina where I discovered my passion for sales. While attending Walhalla High School I devoted myself to excelling in business and entrepreneurship classes. My passion for adventure took me to an unusual place when I was 20 years old. I had the opportunity to travel to San Jose, CA for a seasonal job working for a company called Museum Pix. The company was contracted by Mythbusters (the television show). I had the opportunity to be a team leader for the sales team. This job was where I put my hard earned knowledge about sales to the test. I currently reside near Clemson, SC. I intend to epitomize integrity, energy, and hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction. I have a passion for the outdoors. When I am not fishing, I enjoy going out on the lake wakeboarding or going golfing. During the winter months, I like to go snowboarding during my free time. In May of 2015 I began working for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as a buyer/seller agent. In October of 2017 I began working for a local brokerage in Clemson, SC, Focus Realty. In July of 2019 I became licensed as a real estate broker. I currently am the Director of Operations for Tiger Properties - a 3rd party property management company in Clemson, SC serving Clemson University. We manage ~850 units. Currently own 16 units in Upstate South Carolina and have completed 3 flips. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to own a large portfolio of investment properties.
