I am 18 years old and entering my freshman year at Middle Tennessee State University to study finance with a focus in real estate. I am currently house hacking a town home I purchased on an FHA loan by renting out the other two rooms. I am in the process of getting my real estate license. I am marketing in order to bring deals into partnerships I have developed with the intent of partnering on flips. I am virtually wholesaling in New York from Tennessee. I focus on wholesales but also plan to flip a few properties on my own as well.
