Colleen Peterson

Colleen is an experienced real estate investor and manages a portfolio of personal investment properties to include both short- and long-term rentals. With a background in finance and marketing she was previously a Vice President at Merrill Lynch and the owner of a national retail franchise with stores in Oregon and Alaska. Over the course of her career she has made numerous presentations on a broad range of financial topics. Whether your interests are in short- or long-term rentals , multifamily, condos or apartments Colleen will apply not only her financial experience but her analytical negotiation and professional skills to help you develop and grow your real estate investment portfolio. Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia Colleen has worked and lived in the Pacific Northwest including Alaska for over 20 years. She moved to Bend in 2013 with her husband John and their two children. In her free time you can find Colleen on the local trails running, cycling, skiing, and planning her next outdoor adventure.
