My wife and I are investors in Hampton Roads. We've done single family, multifamily, house hacks, STR's, and rehabs. We love it and decided we wanted to do it full time! She got her real estate agent license in 2019 and I'm a loan officer at CMS Mortgage. Our goal is to grow our passive income and continue to move towards financial freedom. We have a son and are looking forward to growing our family too!
