Collin Cook

My wife and I live in Hughes Springs Texas, however both of us were raised in Southern California. My wife works as a remote account manager for a management company in Beverly Hills California, I work for a major insurance company and we are both committed to building our business Cook Property Investment and Management LLC, we currently manage several units for an out of state investor. We have both been very interested in real estate for many years, and in the area we moved to in Northeast Texas it's hard not to see the value of investing when we look at the cost of purchase versus cost of renting. Therefore buy and hold rental properties were a no-brainer for us at this point in our life as we are preparing for retirement. Experience: 30 years of electrical contracting, house flipping, property and causality insurance, general management and sales. Real Estate Goals: To develop a real estate portfolio of multi-family properties, apartment buildings, and eventually large commercial properties and have a positive impact on our community.
